Terms & Conditions

Last updated September 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of the BulkyGen website and desktop application. The service is operated by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]] (“we”, “us”), registered in [[JURISDICTION]], at [[BUSINESS ADDRESS]]. By creating an account, buying a licence, or installing the application you agree to these terms.

1. Licence

A paid or trial licence grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run BulkyGen on up to the number of devices stated for your plan. A licence key identifies your account; you are responsible for keeping it private. You may move a licence between your own devices by deactivating one and activating another.

2. Trial

The free trial lasts 7 days from activation, includes every feature (including bulk generation), and is limited to one per account for the lifetime of that account. When the trial ends the application keeps working without a licence on a reduced free tier — 7 invoices per day, single invoices only, with bulk generation locked — until you buy a licence.

3. Plans, payment and renewal

Monthly and yearly licences have a fixed term and do not renew automatically. Nothing is charged to you without a new purchase. Lifetime licences do not expire. Offline (bank transfer or wallet) orders are reviewed by a person before a licence is issued; this is normally completed within one to two business days.

4. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or share licence keys; attempt to bypass, disable or tamper with licence validation; or use the application to produce documents that are unlawful or fraudulent. Automated or bulk abuse of the licensing API is prohibited.

5. Your content

Invoices, spreadsheets and templates you create with the application are yours. They are stored on your own computer; we do not receive them. Documents you have already generated remain fully usable if your licence later lapses.

6. Intellectual property

The application, website, and their design remain the property of [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]]. These terms grant you a licence to use the software, not ownership of it.

7. Availability and support

The website and licensing service are provided on a commercially reasonable-efforts basis and may be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Support is provided by email. Where the offline grace period is enabled, the application continues to work for a limited time if it cannot reach the licensing server.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Warranty disclaimer

The software and service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the application will be error-free or that its output will meet every legal or tax requirement in your jurisdiction; you are responsible for checking that your invoices are correct.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current licence term. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data.

11. Termination

We may suspend or revoke a licence and close an account that breaches these terms. A revoked licence stops validating and the application will not generate new invoices with it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [[JURISDICTION]], and the courts of [[JURISDICTION]] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
